Hotel was clean - stayed here two weeks for my husbands work . Gwen that does the breakfast was super nice and helpful !!!! Made my stay feel very welcoming! Ahbi at the front desk was also very helpful and nice . The only complaint I have is with some of the guests ! The men who have super muddy shoes be considerate and remove them. Before entering the hotel !!!! Guests have to go through that and the poor maids have to clean that up !!!
My family stayed here 12/25-12/27. The hotel was clean and quiet. Abhi was very courteous and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond. The breakfast was good though being a smaller hotel, the options were limited. The unlimited fresh ground coffee was a life saver. The food options and the location were limited but it is close enough to the city of London and Columbus that there was easy access to go to any place fairly nearby. Definitely will be back.
Our stay here was lovely. We arrived late to a friendly employee at the desk and a nice, clean room. The shower was hot and pressure great. Beds were comfy. Got up late and ran down for breakfast with just a few minutes left. Everything was still well stocked. Tables were cleaned and coffee was good. This is a very nice, clean facility with friendly, helpful employees. I would definitely recommend.

The folks working the front desk were kind and very accommodating, and the room itself was more or less fine. My only complaint is that the glass door opens itself after you close it, so unless you physically hold the door shut, water gets all over the floor. And whoever they hired as a tile installer, did a pretty bad job, there were several holes that I found, allowing water to seep in and behind the tiles...
Our stay at this location was fine. This Holiday Inn is a smaller hotel with only 2 floors. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing when compared to other Holiday Inn's was the free breakfast. There were a limited amount of choices and breakfast ends at 9:30.

This hotel is nothing fancy, but it was amazing in the important ways. Polite staff, essential breakfast options - eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls - quiet halls, water gets hot in less than a minute, adequate weight room, open pool, functionally amazing air conditioner with fan settings, and a clean room. I woke up refreshed which is rare in hotels. I'll be bookmarking this spot for the future! Thank you!
